Online Post Natal REHAB
Postnatal yoga supports post-pregnancy healing, revitalizing the body and mind while restoring tissues. Designed for mothers with their babies, it integrates little ones into the practice, keeping them entertained and engaged. These classes, recommended from four to six weeks postpartum up to six months, offer gentle and focused exercises to regain shape and manage hormonal mood swings.
With everyone concentrating on the new born baby and a lot of responsibilities to be taken care of daily. It isn’t easy to maintain good health with all the core strength loss during pregnancy. We completely understand the struggle of a new mom, thus we have curated the rehab program which can be booked in a convenient time slot available.
With every labour, there is the birth of a baby and a mother. With so many changes the body has gone through during pregnancy it’s not a simple task for the body to revoke back immediately as a pre pregnancy body. With all the core strength lost in the process of pregnancy and labour, it is very important to start with the REHAB instead of jumping into any exercises. Our REHAB classes will help you recover completely from postpartum back/knee pain, diastasis recti, hernia, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, constipation, queefing, thyroid dysfunction, mummy pouch and many more.
