Online Pre Natal Yoga Training
Prenatal or Pregnancy yoga combines meditation, breathing, and posture exercises to soothe nerves and benefit mother and child. It alleviates pregnancy discomforts, promotes a holistic approach, and reduces complications. LotusSeal Yoga offers customized expert-guided prenatal plans for a smooth transition into motherhood, preparing the body for a calm and successful delivery.
In prenatal classes we prioritise the comfort and safety of the mother. Thus we encourage mothers to use a knee pad, bolster, yoga blocks and yoga ball for practice. We focus on flexibility and strength required to stay healthy during pregnancy and ease labour. All our practices are scientifically proven and 100% assistance will be provided for each movement. Based on the health concerns we encourage mothers to practice yoga with yoga ball, resistance bands and dumbbells. Complete guidance will be provided on pranayama and breathing techniques required for labour. End to end knowledge about labour management will be shared to mother and her birth partner. Post class assistance and support is always taken care of wholeheartedly.

She has personally taught hundreds of students in classes and workshops. And this practical experience is backed by over 200 hours of Yoga Alliance certified training on Hatha Yoga from a1000Yoga and 100 hours of Pre and Post Natal Yoga from Mindful Birth Australia. Also intensive study of anatomy, preventive Ayurveda, pranayama, and Yoga philosophy with some of the most reputed teachers and institutions in India and abroad.
She is expertises in handling chronic health issues with the ancient knowledge of asana, mudra, pranayam, yoga nidra and meditation.
